An additional plus is that it does not seem to have any off gassing, like other cheap furniture has. ![]() The white color is wonderfully neutral and fit into the decor for either gender. Both kids were/are big and long kids and stayed in this bed for a long time. We've since moved several times and have lowered and raised the mattress and are now converting to a toddler bed yet again. The option to lower the mattress and convert to a toddler bed was a plus when we made the decision to buy it and came in extremely handy with both kids. We saw this one and loved how clean and simple it looked and how sturdy it was despite the low price. We lived in NYC and all the fancy moms were buying $1,000 cribs like the Oeuf - or whatever it was called.
